We respond free of charge, without delay, and in any case within one (1) month of receiving your request. If your request is complex or we receive many requests, we may extend the deadline by two (2) additional months and will inform you accordingly.
If your requests are clearly unfounded or excessive (especially due to their repetitive nature), the LC may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to act on the request, providing justification.

If you do not receive a response within the above deadline or are dissatisfied with our response, you may contact the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (http://www.dpa.gr).

12. Do we use automated decision-making/profiling?

The LC does not make decisions based on automated processing of your Data, except for the use of cookies on our website, and always after your consent. This profiling has no legal consequences or binding effect on you.

13. What law applies to the processing of your Data?

Applicable law is Greek law, as shaped by the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679/EU and relevant national and European legislation. Competent courts for any disputes are those of the LC’s registered seat.

14. How will you be informed about changes to this Policy?

We update this Policy whenever necessary. If significant changes are made, we will post an updated version on our website before they take effect and will notify you using every appropriate means.
